Mary Pelland

Pelland, Mary D. age 92 of North Providence, passed away on Thursday at her home. She was the wife of the late Aram Pelland. Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Francis and Mary Jane (Early) Donnelly. Before her retirement, Mrs Pelland was employed by The Providence Journal as a receptionist in advertising, and also a former employee of New England telephone. Mary was the owner and operator of the former Pelland's Lounge where she welcomed many local musicians. Mary was an avid reader and loved to Travel. Beloved mother of John Pelland of Narragansett, Robert Pelland , Mary Ferreira both of No.Providence, and William Pelland of Scituate RI. Grandmother of 6 and Great grandmother of 1. Mary also leaves her beloved Faithful companion Sam her dog. She was also the mother of the late Daniel and Thomas Pelland, Sister of the late John Donnelly and Anna Birnie.
