Mafalda "Thelma" Rossi

Born in Barrington, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Filomena (Piccerilli) Pellegrino. She had been the wife of the late Mario Rossi.

She had been a receptionist for law offices before retiring. She was a communicant and member of the Choir of St. Augustine Church.

She was the mother of Frederick A. Rossi and his wife, Jeanne, Robert A. Rossi and Louis Rossi and his wife, Marleen; grandmother of Frederick A., Jr., Mario, Richard, Michael, Sheri and Lisa; great-grandmother of Danielle, Keri, Kristen and Derick; great-great-grandmother of Nathan Paul and Aiden; sister of Connie Caito, Sarah Silvestri and the late Etta Procaccini, Viola Billion, Evelyn Tirocchi and Albert Pellegrino.

Visitation and funeral services will be held Thursday, 8:00-9:30 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Providence.
