Jessie M. Pono

She was born in Chester, England. Beloved wife of the late James V. Pono. Devoted mother to; Domenic Pono, Jimmy Pono, Perry Pono, Lisa Pono, and the late Joyce Pono. Cherished grandmother of; David Pono, Chris Pono, Scott Lepizzera, Bobby Beretto, Ashley Beretto, Alexandra Pono, and the late Jennifer Pono. Cherished great-grandchildren; David Pono, Sofia Beretto, Matthew Beretto, Nicholas Lepizzera, Scott Lepizzera, and Michael Lepizzera.

Jessie cherished time with her family, always finding joy in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed baking and worked in the food service industry for many years. She had a passion for rescuing dogs and assisting with animal shelters.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Visitation on Wednesday, December 4, from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. Followed by a Service at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
