Jeannie S. (Ivie) Iannetta, age 73, passed away February 15, 2022. She was a daughter of the late Eugene Ivie and Beulah (Laster) Williams; beloved wife of the late Philip S. Iannetta; loving mother of Gina M. Simone and her husband Michael, Michael A. Iannetta Sr., Phillip Iannetta, and Cherylee Iannetta; sister of
Sheila Curtis, Larry Ivie, Tonja Blodget, Tommy McIntyre, Brandie Hyndman, Frank Wood, and the late Ricky Ivie; cherished grandmother of Casey Smith, Michael Iannetta Jr., Sarah Iannetta, Kira Iannetta, Madison Iannetta, Andrew Choiniere, and Michael Choiniere Jr.; and aunt of several nieces and
nephews.
Jeannie was a master jewelry designer for over 25 years and was very creative in designing gorgeous pieces. She and her late husband loved to travel the country in their van to places like New Hampshire, Tennessee, Arizona and everywhere in between. Antique shopping, crafting and especially cooking were just a few of her favorite hobbies. As a foodie, Jeannie was never afraid to try a new recipe. Country music made her happy and reminded her of her childhood growing up in Texas. She always loved spending time with family and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday March 5 th 9:00-11:00 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-HOME, 971 Branch Ave, Providence followed by a service in the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be private.
