Jeanne Lenorah Lillie

With profound sadness, we regretfully announce that Jeanne Lillie (Bailey), age 61, passed away peacefully in Warwick, RI on September 26th, 2019 surrounded by her loving family after a sudden but brief battle with cancer.  She was born in 1958 in Providence to Manuel and Jeanne Bailey (Gardner).  Jeanne was the devoted wife and partner of her husband Richard of 38 years, with the last 24 as his loyal, dedicated caretaker.  She is survived by her daughters Rebecca Carroll and Angelica Williams, her sons James Arsenault and Brandon Lillie along with her grandchildren Kaylynn & Nathan Carroll, Alexias & Adriana Arsenault, and Derek, Xavier & Malakai Williams. She leaves behind her sisters Gail Bloominburgh, Linda Bailey, Colleen Lopez, and her brother David Bailey.

Jeanne was a great Mom and grandmother who was always there for her family at any time. Jeanne loved animals as she rescued and cared for many pets throughout her life, leaving behind her beloved dog Kato.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and she had a passion for knitting & sewing as well.  Her life will be celebrated privately by her family so in lieu of flowers, please make a donation on her behalf to the RI Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RISPCA).
