James R. Olean

James R. Olean, 85, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on April 6, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Bridget (D’Agostino) Olean; son of the late James N. and Antonetta (Toracinta) Olean; devoted father of Linda, Diane, Lori, and Denise; cherished grandfather of Stepheni, Nicole, Jamie, James Olean, Joseph and Nicholas; great-grandfather of Bayla, Hunter and James; and brother of Marie A. Penta, Gerald T. Olean, Ann Louise Levanti and the late Normand F. Olean.

He was the co-owner, with his brother Normand, of Olean Fuel Company and City Line Realty.

Visitation will be held Thursday 4-7 p.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Jude Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. Burial in the RI Veterans Cemetery will be private.
