West WarwickElizabeth A.(Curtis) McDowell, 63, of Providence Street, died Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at home. She was the beloved wife of Thomas J. McDowell. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late George J. and Doris A. (Fiore) Curtis. Elizabeth was a waitress at the Valley Country Club for many years, and previously worked at Chianti's Restaurant in East Greenwich for several years. In addition to her husband Tom, she leaves a son, Joshua T. McDowell, a daughter, Mandy L. McDowell, three brothers, George M. Curtis, James J. Curtis, and Michael P. Curtis, and a sister Patricia A. Curtis. The funeral will be held Saturday, at 8:30 am from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road (Rte. 117) Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Saint Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Providence. Burial will be in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Friday 5-7 pm.
