Carol J. Cavanaugh

Carol was born in Portland, Oregon on October 18th, 1942 to George and Geraldine Hansen. She graduated from David Douglas high school in 1960.

She lived a majority of her life in Portland and worked in the banking industry her entire career. She retired as a Vice President from Fred Meyer Employees Federal Credit Union in 2002 and moved to Central Oregon. She loved working and continued working in Prineville as a book keeper for the owner of Dillon's and Club Pioneer restaurants until her death. She loved gardening, home decorating and her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Fred Cavanaugh, her mother, brother, five sons, five grand daughters and one great grandson.

She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Misty Nicole Vantzelfden.

There will be a memorial service for Carol on November 9th, 2013 at 11AM at the Prineville Funeral Home 199 NE 10th St in Prineville.
