Leslie Ann Popwell Dwyer (40) a lifetime resident of Marbury, Al gently passed into the loving arms of our Lord and Savior on Sunday December 15, 2024. Leslie was surrounded by family when she drew her final breath. Leslie was born on December 11, 1984. She will always be known for her kind spirit, contagious laugh, never meeting a stranger and always being the life of the party.
Leslie is preceded in death by her grandparents William and JoAnn Popwell, Leslie and Jeanette Chavers, two nephews Jacob and Matthew Popwell, and one niece Sarah Popwell. Leslie is survived by her loving husband of two years Frank Dwyer, one daughter Sarah Curenton, parents Herbert and Ann Popwell, two brothers Paul (Stephanie) Popwell, Brandon (Shannon) Popwell, one sister Kim Rowe, one sister- in- law Anita Oxendine, nine nieces and nephews, and one great niece.
A funeral service for Leslie will take place on Saturday December 21, 2024 at 12:00pm with visitation one hour prior at White Pond Baptist Church in White City, Alabama. A graveside service will follow at White City Cemetery in White City, Alabama. Ridouts Brown- Service Chapel officiating.
