Terry L. Weaver

Terry L. Weaver age 64 of Canton, NY passed away peacefully on Thursday evening, August 1, 2024 at his house. Per his wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Garner Funeral Service.

Mr. Weaver was born February 17, 1960 in Potsdam, NY to the late Albert S. and Eleanor “Helen” (Gushlaw) Weaver. Terry graduated from Potsdam Central School in 1978. He worked many different jobs including Kinney Drugs, as a property manager for various companies including when he moved to Irving, TX, but most recently for Kunoco. Terry was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed spending time trapping, hunting, and fishing, he was even an excellent taxidermist. Terry was a loyal fan of the New York Jets.

Terry is survived by his companion of 10 plus years, Cynthia King of Canton, NY; his brothers, Clarence Weaver and his wife Judy of Gouverneur, NY and Thomas Weaver and his wife Anne of Dryden, NY; his nephews and nieces, Carisa Roberts, Eric Weaver, Kelly Lutz, Andrew Weaver, and Thomas (TJ) Weaver. He was predeceased by his parents, Albert S. and Eleanor “Helen” Weaver and his brother Bruce Allen Weaver.
