Buckley John Riggs, age 60, of Pilot Point, Texas passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. Local arrangements are with the Garner Funeral Service. Graveside services with military honors for Buckley will be held on May 3, 2024 at 1 pm with Rev. Joseph Giroux at the Chapel Hill Cemetery in Parishville, NY.
