Thomas Edmund Quigley was born to TR and Hilda Quigley on June 12, 1954 in Vancouver, Washington.
He grew up in Portland with his siblings, Pat, Mary and Mike. Tom attended Benson and Jefferson High School where he lettered in football at both and was offered several football scholarships. He enjoyed coin collecting and was a fan of the Chicago Bears.
Tom's health impacted his life. He suffered from schizophrenia, Parkinson's, and in the end, Covid. During it all he received excellent care from Providence ElderPlace.
He is survived by his brother, Mike (Christine); nephew, Jake; niece, Amy and her children, Zoe and Simon; and sister-in-law, Gayle.
