James Russell Finan, passed away on February 16, 2013 in Portland, Oregon. James was born in South Fork, Pennslyvania to John and Mary Finan on January 8, 1921. James attended and graudate from Sout Fork High School in 1939. He married Phyllis Mae Boettger on July 16, 1945 on July 16, 1945 in Portland, Oregon. James worked for 32 years with The City of Portland, He attended St. Francis Catholic Church.
James was preceded in death by his parents, son Gary Kramer, daughter Paula Finan. He is survived by his wife Phyllis Finan, sons, Robert Finan of California, David Finan of Portland, Oregon 2 brothers, 1 sister, 3 Grandchildren, 2 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
