Jerry then entered the National Guard on May 9th of that year, just a couple of days before his 22nd birthday. In October of 1999, Jerry and Deneen opened Martin’s Auto Clinic in Battle Ground. Jerry’s skills in auto repair were unmatched and he developed a strong customer base who could count on him.
