Evelyn passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends on December 11, 2022. She was 72 years old. Born and raised in Bataan, Philippines she spent the last 45 years here in Portland, Oregon. Evelyn loved karaoke, prayer and worship, dancing with her grandchildren, walks in her arbor lodge neighborhood, and vacations with friends and family. She was best known for being a talented cook who showed her love through feeding people her native foods. Evelyn spent her life finding joy in service to others and will be forever remembered for her bright and beautiful laugh. Always loving, always loved.
