She was born on June 9, 1950 in Portland, OR to her parents Irene and Rusty Gates. She was a 1969 graduate of Lake Oswego High School and recently attended her 55th high school reunion. She also received an associate's degree in early childhood education from Portland Community College.
Claudia was preceded in death by both parents and her husband, Michael Williams.
She is survived by her daughter, Alison (Zach Gideon) Williams, two granddaughters, Elliott and Reid, and four siblings, Dayna, Linda, Jim, and Jordan Gates.
Claudia will be laid to rest at Crescent Grove Cemetery in Tigard, OR next to her beloved husband, Mike.
A visitation for Claudia will be held Friday, November 22, 2024 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Finley-Sunset Hills Mortuary, 6801 SW Sunset Hwy, Portland, OR 97225, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM.
