On January 1929, Betty Jean Bryant was born. Betty was only a few weeks old when her parents moved from Glenns Ferry, Idaho to Sacramento, California. Betty grew up and spent most all of her life in the Sacramento area, graduating from Sacramento High School. Betty also attended Delta JR. College, where she learned nursing.
In March of 1948, Betty married Bill Normington and they had two sons. Betty was a home maker and great mother. She loved the outdoors and sports, especially water skiing and golf. Betty worked for about 20 years as a nurse.
In 1995, Betty married, Dean Bryant who preceded her in death. She is survived by two sons, Tom Normington of Portland, Oregon and Jim Normington of Sacramento, California, sisters, Mary (Wallace) Rhodes and Alice Sabiers, grandsons, Dylan Normington and Shannon Normington and 4 great grandchildren, Leticia, Nicky, Keira and Freya.
