It is with great sadness that we mourn the sudden and unexpected passing of Jason Gregory Payer on October 1, 2022.Jason was born on December 12,1984, he grew up in Portland where he attended local schools and met lifelong friends.
Jason was known and love for his outrageous sense of humor. Every one of Jason’s loved ones can recall a hilarious memory of him doing something to make them laugh. He always had a special way of letting the people closest to him know how much he loved them and went out of his way to make them smile. It wasn’t uncommon to get a random message or phone call from him just to let you know he’s thinking of you. Jason was always unapologetically himself; he was loud, outgoing, and a prankster. He had many interests including creating art and was an avid animal lover. His dog Cheesemo was his pride and joy.
Jason's proudest achievement throughout his life was becoming a Father to his two children, Daughter Brooklyn Payer and Son Max Payer. Jason is predeceased by his grandfather Thomas Stover. He is survived by his Daughter Brooklyn Payer, Son Max Payer, Mother Rhonda Bailey Russo and her husband James Gregory Russo, Father Kendall Payer, Brothers Giacopo and Gregory Russo, sisters Kayla Russo,Karen Farley and Kristeen Arntz: Grandmother Doris Stover as well as many cousins, Auns, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews and Friends.
There will be a celebration of life at the VFW on Forest Ave in Portland on Sunday October 23, 2022 from 1-6 pm
