Ronald Benjamin Lewis

Born in Jamaica, Ronald was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL for 15 years after moving from Chicago, IL.

Prior to retirement, he worked for Consolidated Freightways in Chicago, IL, and after moving to Florida, he worked for Aycock Funeral Homes/Fernhill Memorial Gardens in Stuart, FL.

Mr. Lewis was a member of Port Salerno Church of God, a member of the Automobile Mechanics Local #701, Chicago, IL and the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers. Ronald was predeceased by a son, Duhaine Lewis, and a sister, Gloria Prawl.

Survivors include his wife of 14 years, Florette Lewis of Port St. Lucie, FL; children, Sandra Lewis of Baltimore, MD, Donna Lewis-Ferrer of London, England, Lauren Lewis of Jamaica, Odette Lewis of Jamaica, Radcliffe Lewis of Washington, DC, Joseph Lewis of Chicago, IL, Justin Lewis of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; eleven grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.

Visitation will be Friday, December 18, 2015 from 5:00PM – 7:00PM at Port Salerno Church of God, Port Salerno, FL.

A Funeral Service will be Saturday, December 19, 2015, 10:00AM at Port Salerno Church of God, with interment following at Fernhill Memorial Gardens, Stuart, FL.

Arrangements are entrusted to Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 SE Floresta Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL.
