There will be a celebration of her life for her family at a later date.
Phyllis was born in Plant City, Fl to the late Odtis Hobkirk and Agnes Hazlette Hobkirk. She was a secretary, a housewife, a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved gardening, was a great seamtress, enjoyed playing card games with her family, and had a wonderful sense of humor, always making us laugh.
She was on the Queen‘s Court of the Plant City, Strawberry Festival. Phyllis loved her family, spending time with them and praying for them and others.
Survived by her husband of 52 years, Robert L. Kulp I, daughters, Brenda Puhr (James) of Budapest, Hungary, Kimberly Schoon (John) of Hobe Sound, Fl and son, Rob L Kulp II (Deidra) of Okeechobee, Fl; 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; her brother Bob Hobkirk (Donna) of Satellite Beach, FL. She was preceded in death by her step mother, Margaret Hobkirk and her brother Frank Hobkirk of Plant City, FL.
