Norma J. Santini a long time resident of Port St. Lucie FL died November 7, 2018 after several years of declining health. Norma was born August 12, 1935 the only daughter of Velma Hochensmith Dantz and Lester Dantz. Norma was preceded in death by her husband Michael Santini. Norma is survived by her loving companion over the past 8 years, Enrico Martino, her children Randall Klett(Christian Marcello) of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Wendy Williamson-Harr(John) of The Villages, FL and Stanley “Scott” Klett(Alicia) of Tequesta, FL. Norma is also survived by 6 grandchildren whom she cherished: Chad Williamson of Fairport, NY; Scott Williamson of Baltimore, MD; Ryan Williamson of Victor, NY; Remle Harr of Rochester, NY; Scotti Klett of Tequesta, FL; Foster Klett also of Tequesta Florida, and 5 great grandchildren. Norma is also survived by three brothers: Buddy Hockensmith of Harbor Heights, FL; Ronald Olson of Naples, FL; and, George Dantz of Akron OH.
Norma, as well as a homemaker she had a long and varied working career as a bank teller, executive secretary, long-time partner and office manager of Quillins Auto Service in Punta Gorda, FL, Customer Service Agent in the service department of Hoselton Toyota, East Rochester, NY. Norma ended her working career as a part-time substitute elementary school teacher in Port St. Lucie, FL
Norma was very active in community organizations including St. Bernadette Roman Catholic Church, The Eta Pi Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, The Red Hat Society, St James Community and many others. She had many interests including golf, bridge, bowling, and was an avid boater until her health started to decline. She also dearly loved the holidays, in particular Christmas.
Visitation will be at Aycock Funeral Home Monday, November 12th from 4-6 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, November 13th at 10 AM at St Bernadette Roman Catholic Church, Port St Lucie, FL.
Norma’s remains will be interred at a later date with her late husband Mike in the columbarium of the Church of the Assumption in Fairport, NY.
