Gregory "Greg" Thomas Smith

Born in Hartford, CT, Greg was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL for 25 years, moving from Thompson, CT.

Mr. Smith served our country in the Army National Guard.

Prior to retirement, Greg worked as a Sales Manager for Pro Tech Security in Port St. Lucie, FL for 10 years.

Greg was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie, FL. He was active with the Downtown PSL Lyons Club, being a member with Lyons 44 years, serving 2 times a s Past President. He was recipient of the Melvin Jones Fellowship Award; and served on the PSL Domestic Violence Task Force, and developed a security program to assist victims of domestic violence.

Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Smith of Port St. Lucie, FL; son, Scott Smith, and daughter, Rebecca Dima and her husband Joe, all of Port St. Lucie, FL; granddaughter Ashlee Dima; brother, Gary Smith and his wife Linda of Ashford, CT.

A Memorial Mass will be Saturday, July 11, 2015, 12:00 Noon at Holy Family Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie, FL.
