Rosalie Morrone

Rosalie ("Roe") Morrone, age 75, of Coram, New York passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023, the day of the Feast of Saint Rosalia. Roe was the beloved wife of Mike for over half a century. Loving mom of Danielle (Nick), Nicole (Scott), and Alexandria (Joe). Adored "Goggie" (grandmother) to six - Joey (who coined the infamous "Goggie" nickname that she wore with pride), and Zoie, Avery, Mason, Mikayla, and Tyler (Bam Bam). Roe was a devoted mom, who took great satisfaction in raising her children and doting upon her grandchildren. In her free time, Roe could be found in her garden, or cooking and baking, and spending time with her affectionate puppy, Mercedes. In lieu of flowers, her family requests that donations be made in Roe's memory to the American Cancer Society.

A visitation for Rosalie will be held Wednesday, September 6, 2023 and Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM both days, at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Hwy, Port Jefferson Station, New York 11776. A prayer service will occur Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 8:00 PM, 4839 Nesconset Hwy, Port Jefferson Station, New York 11776. Closing prayer Friday at 10 AM with interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY.
