Mark Bernard Crocker left us unexpectedly May 20th, 2023, aged 58. He leaves behind his spouse of 13 years, Cherry, and a blended family of five children: Owen, Alana, Nathan, Ray, and Mallory. He is also survived by mother Margaret, siblings Ruth, Paul, and Neal and their families, and former spouse Maria. We thank the cardiac surgical team at Royal Columbian Hospital for their valiant efforts on Mark's behalf.
Mark was born in Nottingham, England on June 25th, 1964, and travelled the world to Australia and across Canada as part of our family until finally settling in British Columbia in 1979. After a 35-year career with Save-On Foods, Mark was preparing to move on to a new career with Cherry at his side. Sadly, this will simply not come to be.
For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;
-Ecclesiastes 3.1-2
Most definitely, Mark will be missed by all those who knew him. May he rest in peace.
