Vivian Banning, age 71 born on August 1st , 1953 in the Bronx New York to the late Vincenza and Joseph Marchese passed away peacefully at home along side her husband Richard (Dick) after her courageous battle against cancer.
After their 11-year courtship in New York, in 2003 Vivian married the love of her life Richard (Dick) Banning and together they built a life filled with love, laughter and joy in Port Charlotte Florida.
Vivian is survived by her loving family, her husband Richard (Dick), her daughter and best friend Lisa, along side her son-in-law Brian, her son Frank (Billy), her step-daughter Cindie, her sister Angela who she loved as her own, her nephew Thomas along-side him his wife Lindsey and their beautiful children McKenzie and Thomas, her three brothers Paul, Joseph and Thomas, her grandchildren that she adored, Samantha, Robert, Alyssa, Frank, Nicholas, Sasha, Michael, and Kiara and her pride and joys, her great-grandchildren Nathalie-Grace, Atlas Jameson and Brooklynn Vivianna, in addition to so many cousins, nieces and nephews that shared her life.
Vivian found immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren and in playing with her great-grandchildren of whom after her first battle with cancer she had thought she would never get to meet.
Vivian touched so many lives, she was amazing, kind and gave selflessly to her family who she adored. She is and will forever be loved and missed greatly. Her only wish is that we keep her memory alive and never forget that she loved us all.
Fly away beautiful butterfly... until we meet again... wait for me on the other side I will have violet wings to match your beautiful sole.
There will be a small family service held in private. The family asks in lieu of flowers that you please donate to the American Cancer Society in Vivian's name.
