She was born on May 14, 1924 in Oil City. Marjorie grew up in Franklin, Pa. She married William (Bill) Warner Sr. and they raised their family in the Conneautville area. Her loving husband of 69 years preceded in death in 2013.
Marjorie was an RN, employed by Meadville City Hospital, The Medical Center in Conneautville and the Conneautville Nursing Home. In addition, she and her husband owned and operated Warner Recreatioon Bowling Lanes in Conneautville.
In 1983, Marge and her husband Bill moved to Port Charlotte, FL. Saint Joseph Hospital as well as Memorial/Health Park in Fort Myers, Florida employed Marge. Her nursing focus was mainly in high risk OB. Marge also had a passion for service to the elderly. In Florida, she continued this work through home health services. Marge worked two full time jobs for 33 years and a total of 52 years in the nursing profession.
She is survived by two sons, William (Bill) Jr. and wife Cheryl of Conneautville and Thomas (Tom) and wife, Wilma of Port Charlotte, FL; daughter, Cynthia (Cindy) of Port Charlotte, FL; five grandchildren, Robin, Todd, April, Jason and Julie; and 13 great grandchildren, Brooke, Brandi, Luke, Owen, Ally, Jacey, Mason, Abigail, Madison, Mackenzie, Malory, Aubrey and Riley.
Our hearts are broken. Mother is missed so very much. We find comfort in knowing Jesus was waiting with open arms for her arrival. We are certain the welcome included job well done my child!
Arrangements are by Kays-Ponger and Uselton Funeral Home of Port Charlotte, FL and McCauley Funeral Home of Conneautville, PA. Final resting place will be Roselawn Memorial Gardens of Meadville, Pa.
A private family memorial service for both Marge and Bill will be held in July at Conneautville.
