Wayne was born on September 5, 1961, in Lafayette, Louisiana, to Margaret Migues LeBlanc and Paul LeBlanc. He was a hard worker and owned and operated his own business. Wayne attended Thomas Jefferson High School and then was a graduate of Stephen F. Austin High School in 1980, and had lived in the area for over fifty years. He enjoyed cooking and entertaining family and friends, he loved to go hunting and fishing, and had the best of luck playing scratch offs. He was such a loving husband and Dad and showed it in the most amazing ways.
Survivors include his wife of forty years, Stephanie Alford LeBlanc of Bridge City; children, Justin LeBlanc of Groves; Keri LeBlanc of Katy, Texas; and Emily LeBlanc of Newport Beach, California; sisters, Louella Krummel and her husband Richard of Orangefield, Flora Touchet and her husband Ernie of Orangefield, and Lula Baggett and her husband Bobby of Vidor; grandchild, Berkley Boudoin of Katy, Texas. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Margaret LeBlanc.
A visitation will take place from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Friday, January 15, 2021, at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home in Port Arthur. Cremation services will take place at a later date.
