Rina Bressan peacefully passed away at the age of 86 on Friday, August 26, 2022 at Echo Village in Port Alberni, B.C.

Predeceased by her parents Romano and Ester Pavan, husband Elio Bressan, sister Anna Bertason and grandson Carson Bressan.

Rina is survived by her daughter Donatella (Kelly) Schutte, her son Franco (Michelle) Bressan, her grandson Lance (Emily) Schutte, her granddaughters Natalie (Joe) Schutte & Melissa Bressan, and great grandaughters Myla & Isabella Schutte & Mia Jean Simpson. Rina is also survived by her sister Romana Gaiga as well as numerous nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy.

Rina was born July 6, 1936 in Treviso Italy and immigrated to Canada in 1961. She married the love of her life Elio Bressan in 1962. Sadly he passed away in 2019. Rina loved to spend time working in her vegetable and flower garden and it showed. She liked to have friends and family over to play cards and bocce. She was truly a very loving and caring person.

The family would like to thank Dr. De Witt and the staff at Echo Village for the wonderful care Rina received.
