My Better-Half, Maria, and I first met Reggie on a trip to visit Maria's Dad, Herman Fabre, in Ft. Lauderdale. Herman had known Reggie for a good while before we met her, and they were fast and faithful friends. Herman held her in such high esteem we knew we would too. You could not know Reggie without hearing about her sons, Mark and Roger, of whom she was enormously proud. Soon we got to meet them too and saw what a close and loving family they were, so blessed to have each other and held together with such strong bonds! . . . We also had the challenge of keeping up with Reggie as she drove ahead of us to various destinations she showed us in the city. I have no doubt that Reg is up in heaven still zooming around, into everything, and having a blast in a new place. Anyone who knew Reggie will miss her, anyone who talked with Reggie learned something, and anyone who got to know Reggie loved her. 

I knew Reggie for many years, from her time in Ft. Lauderdale to her new home in Pompano Beach. Reggie was always a wonderful, joyful light for me and the world. She was a devoted friend to my father, Herman, and was very supportive to me and Frank when he passed. I remember every visit to Florida we would meet Reggie for lunch and shopping at Whole Foods in Fort Lauderdale.  We enjoyed our time together and remembered Herman together. Reggie had a lot of life experience, wisdom, and compassion to share. She enjoyed life and had an indominable spirit, an inspiration to us younger folks!  She always had  friendly and kind words.
