Beloved Father and Grandfather John Fedoruk, age 80, of Deerfield Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his Family, Saturday, November 3, 2018. John was born in Kent, Ohio to Anna Fedoruk. John later moved to Cleveland, Ohio and was a longtime resident of the Cleveland area.
John proudly served in the United States Army in the 25th Infantry Tropic Lighting 27th Division Wolfhounds, stationed in Hawaii. He was Honorably Discharged from the United States Army after his service and returned to Cleveland. He then began playing Handball and traveling the United States playing in pick up games and tournaments.
John moved to Florida where he met the love of his life, Carla, to whom he was married for 41 years. The Couple had two children and worked the Family Business together in South Florida.
John will be most remembered for his love and loyalty to Carla, family and friends.
He is survived by his son Jeremy and daughter-in-law Anna Fedoruk; daughter Christen Cahow and son-in-law Devin Cahow; grandchildren, Joseph and Gabriella Fedoruk and Gavin Cahow. John was a member of First Baptist Church of Fort Lauderdale. He is the original ''J" of the 3Js Cigar Family in Davie.
He had a Visitation at First Baptist Church of Fort Lauderdale, 301 E Broward Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale FL 33301 on Tuesday November 6, 2018 from 5 pm to 8 pm, followed by a graveside service at The Gardens Mausoleum in Boca Raton on Wednesday November 7th at 9:30 am, followed by a Celebration of Life Service and Military Honors at First Baptist Church of Fort Lauderdale FL at 11 am, the program is below.
