Born: March 5,1965, Deceased: September 28,2010
Dan Connors was a beloved son, father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to countless people whose lives he touched. He passed suddenly on September 28,2010. He will be remembered by all as a sentimental, kind and true friend. He was a hilarious prankster, always laughing and lighting up the atmosphere everywhere he went. Dan had an 18 year career as a Corrections Officer with the Broward County Sheriffs Office, where he leaves behind many dear friends and fellow conspirators in mischief. He was a loyal and dedicated Miami Dolphins fan who had zero tolerance for any sorry fans of the Jets, Raiders, Cowboys or other traitors to the Dolphin flag. He was a gifted musician and could play lead guitar as well as Eddie Van Halen. No, really!
Danny is survived by his devoted daughter, Amber Barrow, his loving parents, Bill and Adela Connors, sister and brother-in-law Patty and Bob Hollar, sister Jennifer Connors, brother Mike Connors, niece Meghan Hollar and nephews Will Hollar and Mathew Connors, as well as the entire Ryan, Cortes and Quigley clans. He was a joy to know and love.
Dan will always be with us in our hearts, memories and in spirit.
A service celebrating Danny's life will be held on Saturday, October 2nd at the Forest Lawn North Funeral home located at 200 West Copans Road in Pompano Beach. Rest in Peace Danny!
Arrangements under the direction of Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Pompano Beach, FL.
