Predeceased by her husband Lorne Glenn Mundey, her father Jack MacLean and siblings Joan (George Shapcott) and Ron. Survived by her mother Bernadine Justason, her brother Rick and sister Jacqueline (Pierre Lavallee). As well as her brother-in-law Wayne Mundey (Deborah Rawlings).
Also survived by her children Melanie Mundey (Omar Baig), Sean Mundey (Ria Kragaris) and Gary Nixon (Dorothy Singer).
She will be sadly missed by her beloved grandchildren Aliyah-Jasmine, Kareem, Liem-Lorne and Cole-Andreas.
Donna was a woman of grace, beauty, and tremendous kindness. She possessed an infectious sense of humor and had a smile that lit up every room she entered. Her magnetic personality drew people to her, and she made friends wherever she went. Although small in stature, she was mighty, and with strength and courage she faced many health challenges.
Donna’s greatest joy in life was her family, she loved being a grandmother and she loved and was so very proud of her grandchildren.
She will be remembered for the love and devotion she gave her family, her sincere heart and her ability to spread joy to those around her.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will be cherished by all who had the honor of knowing her.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday July 19th, at the Résidences funéraires Collins Clarke, located at
222 Autoroute 20, Pointe-Claire, QC, H9S 3Y5.
Visitation from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. in the Salon Patrimoine. Service from 4 p.m. - 5 p.m. in the Chapel.
Then, The Celebration of her Life from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
