Taylor (Goethals) Adkins, age 19, of Plant City, Florida went home on Tuesday morning, July 3, 2018 to be reunited with her savior and those who have passed before her. Taylor was born June 3, 1999 in Naples, Florida.
Taylor was a strong, quick witted, stubborn, beautiful and sassy young woman who fought a courageous long fight with cancer. She had a vibrant personality and lived her life to the fullest; there was never goal she made that she didn’t meet. Her strength is a true inspiration not only to her siblings who look up her but also to everyone who she encountered.
Taylor was so blessed to find the love of her life and husband, Randall Adkins. Having grown up together they truly were best friends and had the opportunity to share their love with friends and family at their wedding on February 10, 2018.
Her strong love of the Lord was her strength through these last 4 years. Taylor also had a love for softball, llamas, the outdoors, hunting, boating (tubing), and riding shot gun with Randall in their RZR.
Taylor was preceded in death by her Mimi, Nioma Morris and other family members. Loving family who survive are her husband, Randall Keith Adkins; her parents, Frank Goethals, Lisa Rhodes and Jeremy Rhodes; grandparents; brother, Tyler Goethals; sisters, Tori Goethals, Abby Rhodes, Katie Rhodes, Maddie Rhodes; loving Aunts & Uncles and many other extended family members.
A visitation for Taylor will be held Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at City Pointe Church, 503 N. Palmer St., Plant City, Florida. A Celebration of Life will follow Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 12:00 PM. A burial will be at East Oaklawn Cemetery, Plant City, Florida.
