Mobley, Norman Leo, 83 of Dover, Florida entered into rest on April 1, 2022. He was born on February 2, 1939 in Denton, Georgia to Leo and Odessa White Mobley.
He was a Maintenance Supervisor for Singleton Seafoods and ConAgra and was a member of Turkey Creek First Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ida; sons, Reggie (Patty) and Rick; grandchildren, Austin Mobley (Alex), Ashton Whittle (William), and Amanda Queen (Wright); great-grandchildren, Ryann Mobley and Joanna Reid Whittle.
Graveside services will take place at Colquitt Funeral Home in Colquitt, Ga. on Saturday April 23 at 10 a.m.
