 Its so hard to accept that you are gone "Big Man"  so many good memories.
     You have always been part of our family and we will always miss you brother ❤ 
 The man you grew to be! A loving husband and father and friend you was an inspiration to so many I will always miss brother 💔 
   

I met Gene in 93 Fishing with the Lakeland Bass masters. Over the next several years fishing against and with him I realized all he did was Flip and Pitch!! If you tried to do anything else he would look at you like you were crazy! The last few times I saw Gene at Camp Mack we did not talk much fishing but about our Family’s and how far we had come over the years! He was so proud of his Family and loved them very much! Will be Praying that Gods Peace will help you as the Days come and go! 

I met Gene 18+ years ago during Little League baseball. His nephew (Peyton) was on my team with Chelsea. The two were unstoppable. Gene never missed a game. We went thru Little League together and High School baseball. We watched Rylee play basketball, and Gene would always ask me “how’s Chelsea doing?” That was him, always thinking of the kids. He was always one of my favorite guys out there, our coaching was OLD SCHOOL!!! He will be missed by many. Till we meet again my friend. RIP BROTHER

Gene always called me Tuesday Evening to talk about Chase and how his Pitching outing was. He never left out Riley his daughter because he knew I like girls Fast Pitch. Gene was a mans man. He was a true friend and great supporter of our Jr/ HS bass club. He always knew when to call and give me a word of encouragement. Gene I’m going to miss the Tuesday night calls and most of all my friend. Catch em big👊🏻 Your friend Glenn
