Victor Edward Walker, age 71 of Carrollton, Texas passed away on Tuesday morning, March 22, 2022 at the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Plano, Texas.
Victor was born on August 15, 1950 in Streator, Illinois.
Cremation Rites have been accorded.
A private family Memorial Service & Celebration of Victor's Life will be held at a later date in Illinois.
