Eldon C. Thompson, age 90, passed away on December 9, 2010 in Plano, TX. He was born on November 22, 1920 in Central City, Iowa. He is survived by his loving wife, Annabell Thompson; daughter, Carole Buglione; step-children, Roger Terry, Kevin Terry, Pam McAngus and Larry Runion; grandchildren, Beth, Joe and John Buglione; great-grandchildren, Andrew, Kyndra and Avery Buglione. He was preceded in death by his previous wife, Marion Thompson. Eldon was a WWII Veteran of the United State Air Force. He was an airplane mechanic on the Flying Tigers Aircraft Carrier. He was an avid reader and enjoyed fishing, bowling and traveling. He will be dearly missed by his family. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at Ted Dickey Funeral Home.
