Jerome "Jerry" P Reinhart

Jerome P. "Jerry" Reinhart, age 90, of West View PA, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2024. Jerry was born in Reading, PA. to the late Russell and Ruth (Snyder) Reinhart on July 26, 1933. He was the beloved husband for 36 years to the late Joan (Bogolin) Reinhart.

He is survived by his two sons, Kevin (Chris) Reinhart, David (Donna) Reinhart and 6 stepchildren, Michael Fodi, Patricia Boretsky, Kathleen Haffly, David Fodi, Linda Comella and Donald Fodi. He leaves behind his brother Peter Reinhart. Jerry was the grandfather of 18, great grandfather of 30 and great great grandfather of 1.

After his retirement from IBM, he supervised a Hobby and Train store for a few years. Jerry will be remembered as a model train enthusiast who also developed a love for art and paintings.

Jerry served his country honorably in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Mechanic during the Korean War. He will be laid to rest at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies

Friends are invited to the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home 1032 Perry Hwy Pittsburgh PA 15237 on March 2, 2024, from 1PM to 5PM. Military Honors will be conducted at 4PM followed by a funeral service in the funeral home chapel. Luncheon to follow in the banquet room.
