It is with sadness and heavy heart that we announce the passing of Jeffrey Alan Eversmann, age 65, on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Jeffrey, fondly known as “Squelch” was the loving son of the late Elmer (Sonny) Eversmann and Ida Catullo Eversmann. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA. and lived most of his life in Shaler Township.
Jeffrey is survived by his loving sister, Sharon (Tom) Conrad and his Cherished nephew Brian Conrad and his fiancée Rachel. Also survived by many cousins and his adopted nieces and nephews.
He was outgoing, funny, and cherished spending time with his family and friends. In his career he excelled as a manager in the hospitality industry. Outside of work, he found joy in firefighting and service to his community.
A ceremony to honor Jeffrey’s life will be held at a later date with details yet to be determined.
Jeffrey will be deeply missed by all whom knew and loved him. He touched countless lives with his friendship and his time spent with family, friends and the fire service.
