Frank “Butch” G. Struhar, 77 of McCandless Township, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife; Cecelia “Ceil” (Steigerwald) Struhar. He was born on October 13, 1946 in Pittsburgh to the late Frank J. and Dorothy (Mock) Struhar.
Butch proudly served our country In the US Army, he was a retired driver/salesman for Pepsi for over 44 years, and a member of the Teamsters #249 in Pittsburgh.
He is survived by his three children; Shelly Pittinaro (Zak) of Indianola, PA., Dawn Struhar of Ross Twp., Steve Struhar (Meghan) of Ross Twp., his five grandchildren, Sara Huba (Jesse), Jeremy Struhar (Sam), Emily Posney (Cam), Frankie Pittinaro, Steve Struhar, son-in-law, Frank Pittinaro of West Deer, nieces and nephews, Tricia Goyak (Mark), and David Steigerwald.
In addition to his wife and parents, Butch was preceded in death by his sister, Michelle Frederick, and his brother, Kevin Struhar.
