Eileen O'Malley, age 85, of Pittsburgh, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022. Eileen was born April 26, 1936 in Pittsburgh to the late Martin and Margaret (Troy) Martinac. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years Gale C. O'Malley who passed away May 23, 2017. Beloved mother of Diane (Stephen) Cox, Gail (late Keith) Bowers, Timothy (Joleene) O'Malley, Theodore (Sherry) O'Malley, Patricia (Timothy) Bowen and Daniel (Marjorie) O'Malley. Proud grandmother of 14, and great-grandmother of 5. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Eileen is preceded in death by a grandson.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Thursday 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Inc., 1014 California Avenue, Avalon, 15202. A Mass of Christian Burial will occur at 10:00 am on Friday, February 25, 2022 at The Church of the Assumption, 45 N. Sprague Ave, Bellevue 15202. Interment will follow at Christ our Redeemer Cemetery
