Victor E Castro, age 83, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Friday, March 24, 2023.
A memorial service for Victor will be held Friday, April 14, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042.
