Rilla Edna Melton

She was born on April 10, 1928 the daughter of Ruby Selman.

Rilla was united in marriage to Thurman Gray Melton and to this union 5 children were born.

She is survived by one son Jimmie Melton of Phoenix, Az and two daughters Betty Melton and Peggy Acord both of Phoenix. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Staci Melton, Teri Mason (Tom), Jennifer Marquez (Conrad), Amy Aston (Aaron), Mike (Tammy) Cox, Daniel Melton (Candice), Crystal Jones (Chris). She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren: Martin Melton, Tessa Smith (Logan), Tadym Miller (Hayden), Kiley Jennings, Damien & Amelia Marquez, Amber Braham (Breadon), Wren Cox, Andrew & Audrey Jones, Issac, Liam, Noah & Ella Melton. and 5 great great grandchildren: Willow & Natalie Braham, Sidney Cox, Warren & Harper Smith.

Rilla was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Thurman on March 9, 1997, two brothers James "Rufus" Selman and Warren Selman, one son Jerry Melton, one daughter in infancy, one grandson Mark Acord and one granddaughter Tammy Cox.
