I'll always remember Raeanna as the little 4 year old sweetheart who visited my office and wanted to bottle feed all 6 of my new born foster kittens.  You could tell she had a kind and gentle soul by the way she handled the kittens so tenderly.  My deepest sympathies to Jean and the entire family.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of Raeanna's family and friends. We have fond memories of many fun Thanksgiving celebrations spent with her and Tye. All our love!

there’s way too many memories to pick just one. from getting in trouble because we’d stay up all night prank calling, to stealing my dads 4runner, getting caught texting boys, getting in actual fist fights with each other, getting caught stealing at the mall, to all the other memories. you’re the little sister i always asked for (and the hated when i actually got you) but i wouldn’t change you coming into my life for anything. i love your forever and i wish i could have hugged you one last time. I met Raeanna at a very young age, we were maybe in middle school at the time. You guys use to live by the park in Coalinga, CA! She was my best friend before she moved. We always tried to stay in touch with each other! She was an AMAZING friend to me, she really knew how to light up a room! She was such a character man! A pretty girl with a feisty side to her! She taught me to stand up for myself! She never let anyone walk all over her! We use to play body shots on her trampoline in the back yard haha , we use to have sleepovers , her stepdad use to take us muddying in the jeep out in the creeks of Coalinga! I love you baby girl rest in paradise  xoxo 

Raeanna was such a sweet and funny girl! I had the pleasure of being her cheerleading coach 10 years ago and she was always the comic relief. She was always cracking jokes when I was trying to be serious, and I couldn't help but laugh. Her brother Tye was just as funny! Jeana, I am so sorry to hear of her passing, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I met rae when I was 15. We were in the same English class at Poston Butte High. Ever since then we were inseparable. Thinking about all the memories we made together always makes me feel so euphoric. Being around Rae always made my day better. She was the only one who would stand up for me when girls would bully me in school. We used to always talk about going to California together so she could show me all her friends and we could meet. I’ll always remember the time we pulled an all nighter then watched the sunrise on the roof. I never felt so connfected with someone before. I was always so comfortable around her. Another time me rae and Tye were driving around and he played “love come down” and we all just started singing it so loud with the windows down and volume all the way up. We got our first tattoos together too. That was such a memorable experience to have with her.  She always helped me with anything I needed. I’ll always remember her as bright, beautiful funny girl who is my best friend. My heart hurts so much. I love you Raeanna Hailey.

Raeanna, I love you so much. 
I was one of her first few friends in Arizona. We started working together at a tanning salon when I was 17 and she was 16. Raeanna just loved being a girl. We got iced coffees, went shopping together, got our nails done. I can’t fathom how much Raeanna helped me in hard times and I always tried to be there for her, too. Anything I could. She turned to me for advice, direction, even just hope. Raeanna was a best friend to me, we had never ever not got along, there was never a time she couldn’t call me. My heart is shattered for her and her family. She was so smart and so caring and beautiful. Raeanna was my girl and will be forever and longer. I love you so much Rae. I will never forget you sweet girl. 

Our prayers and love for all of Raeanna's family and friends at this terribly sad time.  Trusting God to comfort us all and give us His strength, mercy and grace.


We were always together when you lived in Bakersfield you came to visit me all the time when you went to your grandma After you moved away it was hard but we still talked and you would always call me randomly and tell me everything you had going on you told me about your son and how you were doing the last time we talked I am in such shock I love you Raeanna and I'll never forget you♥️

Wow Raeanna i cant believe it i am at a loss for words.. We were close only for a little while but the time we had together i loved you were so sweet and such a beautiful beautiful soul. The last time we spoked was a short yet a great conversation. Ill never forget the night you and i and tye went to availa beach and just ran around for hours it was definitely one of my favorite nights as a middle schooler.  Rest easy you gorgeous angel ♥️

I have so many fun memories with Lorray, or to most, Raeanna. We became friends in middle school and quickly grew close. She made me laugh so hard, with all of her random yet hilarious jokes and comments. She called me her “vanilla late”.  We would go on the most fun adventures; walking around Sea Pines golf resort, venturing off into the nature around it with her brother, Tye. Her family brought us to Coalinga once, and we laughed from the back seat at her brother the whole way there, even if it drove Jeana crazy. I remember a night where we were laying in bed crying of laughter for about 20 minutes because of one of her many memorable jokes. I remember thinking that night “How does she even come with this stuff?!”. Or when one day at school she gave me a hug, then pulled away laughing because she thought me chewing on my gum sounded like a cow chewing on grass. Her family also took us to the oceano dunes for the day, and it was my first time ever driving in the dunes so I remember it so clearly, like it happened yesterday. We all laughed so hard and had so much fun. Another fun memory I love is when we tried to beat Tye at boxing in the living room. We didn’t win. But we did laugh like crazy! I thank Jeana for bringing me a long to a lot of those adventures and giving Lorray and I that opportunity to grow as close as we did during that time.  
Lorray had a mind and heart of Gold, and I will always remember her for that. Fly high Angel. 👼 And until we meet again. 

Rae had such a beautiful soul. She had this one of a kind personality and could light up a room.
I was so sad she moved to Arizona but We always talked about me coming to see you but never got the chance to do so and I wish I did.

I remember staying with eachother for months straight, we would even tell people we just lived with eachother. We actually never got sick of eachother either which is surprising. Even when you burnt my arm pretty bad with a curling iron or had to pull cactus needles out of my leg from pushing me into it, we would just laugh it off and move on😂
We would laugh until we cry and stay up all night talking about the oddest things. 
We did everything together.  
Even though we got older and moved away from eachother, we always stayed in touch every once in a while. 

I will never forget you and will never forget the memories we have together.

Raeanna is one of the sweetest, prettiest most down to earth people I know I can't believe this happened:,( im glad we got to cross paths and I got to meet u and ur family we made alot of great memories and meet alot of friends togeather like when we first met up at kaileys house or hanging out in ur garage in los osos damn those we're the simpler times glad I got to spend some of it with u❤

Raeanna was always the life of every event. From our summer day trips to the lake and river, which we would often do multiple days in a row, to our off-roading adventures, there was never a dull moment when Raeanna was around. She was someone who was always right there by your side, through the good times and the bad. I will miss her adventurous spirit, her kindness, her great taste in music, and her great sense of humor. I'll even miss her teasing me for having an "old man truck" which I will admit, was pretty accurate. I love you kid. Rest easy. 

I remember Raeanna coming along with us on a fishing trip up in Silver Lake and she was always so quiet for the most part and then would just throw out these hilarious one-liners. We never really had family live so close to us and so when Jeana, Tye and Raeanna moved to Los Osos for a little bit, it was really fun having some extended family just a few minutes away. Lots of laughs. Especially when we all wore onesie pajamas to go ice skating that one year! We never had the chance to get too close, but I will always remember her to be such a  funny, sassy, smart and beautiful girl. Rest in Peace. 

I think of my great-niece Raeanna when I hear the music of Lana Del Ray.   We would listen together in my car when I would drive her to school sometimes, when she was a sweet n sassy middle schooler in Los Osos CA !     We also saw the first Pitch Perfect movie together and ate Twinkies .  Missed her and her family after they moved to AZ.   Sad that her life was cut short.  Rest In peace

One of my favorite memories of Raeanna is the very first time we met each other. We had everyone at our house in Los Osos for a visit and little Raeanna brought me a beaded necklace and a bracelet that she had made for me! I was a teenager at the time and I just thought that was so genuinely sweet! I myself was into making my own jewelry so I showed her all my crafting stuff and we spent that evening making bracelets together! Raeanna reminded me a lot of myself, quiet/shy but had a lot of things she was interested in and wanted to learn about. Sometimes she would pop in and say something really funny out of nowhere and just had me dying laughing! When everyone made the move to Los Osos years later it was so nice to be able to reconnect with everyone and spend more time with Jeana, Tye, Raeanna. I’ll always cherish all the crazy times and the laughs we all shared together.
