Penny is survived by her husband, Dave Fuller; daughter, Kyanne Burnup; grandchildren, Ilyanna, Kylah and Jordan; sister, Debbie Lazar and brother, Doug. She was preceded in death by her son, Stanley Thomas.

A funeral service will occur Monday, April 11, 2022 at 11:00 AM, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85027. A committal service will occur Monday, April 11, 2022 at 12:30 PM, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85027.
