Patrick J. Millette

83, of Mesa, Arizona passed away peacefully, July 17, 2011 with his family by his side. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters, Margaret Millette; son- in- law, George Belokas and granddaughter Bridgette Millette. He is survived by 5 children, Patricia (John) Kelly, Patrick (Debra) Millette Jr., Michael (Nicole) Millette, Lou Ann Belokas and Daniel (Marilyn) Millette; 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. He was a member of the Holy Name Society, lifetime member of the VFW, a retired 705 Teamster (Chicago) and past Grand Governor of Phoenix Moose Lodge 708. He served honorably in the United States Coast Guard and the United States Army. He loved and was loved by his extended family. He also loved music, writing, singing and put a smile on everyone that knew him. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 20, 2011 from 6-8 pm with a rosary at 7 pm at A. L. Moore Grimshaw 710 W. Bethany Home Road. Funeral Mass Thursday, July 21, 2011 at 10 am at Holy Cross Catholic Church 1244 S.
