Marsha Suzanne Lopez, from Phoenix, Arizona entered eternal life on October 2, 2024. She was born February 25, 1974 to Josie Ornelas Hart and Guadalupe Lopez, in Lordsburg, New Mexico where she grew up with her siblings, numerous cousins, and life-long best friend. In 1989, Marsha met the love of her life, Ricky Barrio.
They moved to Phoenix, Arizona where she raised her daughters. Her family grew with son in laws, grandchildren, as well as many God Children. Family, Church, sports, music, dancing, bull-riding, Stitch, and speaking in her Donald Duck voice were some of her favorite things. There was always a good time to be had when she was around. Marsha was an unofficial sports team recruiter; she was always trying to make others become Lakers or Broncos fans. Marsha served the Phoenix area school district for over 20 years and loved it so much that she did not consider it a job. She loved and cared for the children tremendously and was known for helping the children when she saw that they were in need.
She was a long-time member of the St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church. Attending Sunday mass was a must for her, and she always took her Grandchildren with her. Marsha leaves behind her mother and father, the love of her life Ricky, their children (Valerie, Macy, and Vada), her son in laws (Ryan and John), her grandchildren (Liam, Audrey, Octavius, and Illumi), her siblings Darlene (Michael), Lupe, Greg (Debbie), Amy (Armando), several God Children, many nieces, nephews, cousins, her best friend, and an enormous amount of friends.
