My mama was a great teacher always leading by example. I cherish every moment we had with her. We love you MOM. And I am holding on to GOD’S promise that we will see you again.      Going to miss you so much Nana Torrez. I have many memories of visiting you with my dad. I was amazed how my dad would turn into a son when we came by to visit.  I am very thankful for your hard work and commitment to raise the Torrez family. I know it is time for you to rest and Jehovah will  be ready to awaken you. (Acts 24;15). Love and prayers for our family that is mourning.  We will meet again Nana in the perfect world that is soon to arrive.

This was on January 25, 2015. One of the last times that I was able to see you. I wish that I was able to make it out sooner, or that you could've met your new great granddaughter later this year, but you had to travel on. I'm so thankful to have shared the time that I had with you and will cherish it always. I love and miss you!

Carmen, now that you have gained your angel wings, and can fly higher than eagle, know you will be greatly missed by all your family.  Rest in peace, my sister-in-law and rejoice in tbe presence of the Lord.  You have given your all for your family and they know they have lost their greatest treasure on earth but at the same time have gained their own personal angel.

With all do respect, I would like to thank our father GOD , for blessing me with life and blessing us with a very beautiful MOM, that we all had, and still have spiritually, I remember when I was a little boy,and asked you mom to sign for me to go to the Marine Corps , and you said no, dad said yes, but bro Roy said stay back and to go with you mom,I’m very happy I did! Mom I loved everything about you , our talks, walks, cooking together especially hearing you laugh 😂, MOM I’m very very HAPPY 😃 for you, you Graduated with honors , I can Imagine when you got to the heavenly gates, your joy your smile....yes mom I will watch after her like you said, I cry with joy and happy tears for you MOM, thank you father GOD, all in CHRIST JESUS AMEN 🙏 till next time mom??? My beautiful Tia I’m truly blessed to be a witness to see how much you love the Lord ,everything you did for him and others around you is from true love .Abba Father is Love ❤️. The talks we had about our Father was always powerful with excitement with you at the end saying (Praise The Lord ) and your little giggle . I'd always hear stories of how Nana was loud and energetic, always on the move with nothing to slow her down, yet the few times I got to visit, was during the quiet times. No parties, no large crowds. Just her and I. She always encouraged me, and always cheered me on. Even when I was feeling like no one else could or would ever understand what I was going through, or what I wanted, she did. Because at the end of the day, all she ever wanted was to see you happy, doesn't matter who you were. The last time I saw you, felt like it would be the last time. I'm sorry to say I was right, but I'm glad I was graced with the time to spend some of it with you.

I Love You Mama and I am desperately missing, if I had known the last time I hugged and laughed with you was our last, I would of stayed and not left your side. During which, She reminded me to never give up on ourselves, our kids, family, anyone. I watched you and Dad do this many times for us, others and strangers.  You both impressed upon us from birth to continue building up our faith and draw closer to our Creator, so that we can demonstrate Agape Love.  I will move forward in prayer to Almighty God Jehovah to gain more faith & be kinder, show mercy and above all forgive and leave it in Gods hands.
Because Madrecita was forever thinking about the less fortunate, the lonely, the broken hearted would often ask me to assist her in selecting the perfect card to help lift someone's spirit up to feel loved and appreciated with her 'made with love' meals. Best ox tail 'caldo' soup ever! Her prayers were always sincere and discreet with total confidence that God was listening. Madrecita petition God to bring all her children home, for once we are all here together. Mama, loved to spend time with family, but especially the grand and great grand kids.  During the onset of Covid, she sewed all of us face mask, I'm talking every color and design.  She got a little crazy and made NFL shorts and pants for many of us.  Thanks Mama for setting such a beautiful table.
Mama, made sure I sat and enjoyed our coffee together, while it was still hot! The void is real. I warmed up my coffee 4 x yesterday, Madrecita.  I LOVE YOU with everything,  Forever, "Your Becky"

To my primos/primas, 
I am so sorry for your loss.  Tia was an amazing woman, she was always so loving, would always give you advice when you asked.  She will missed.

I have all the memories stored in my soul, deep within. I remember when I was eight years young. Mom was going through a tough season in her life. It was the very first time I really saw her alone with our father in her bedroom. She was knelt on her knees, she was with Father. 
I got to watch her come full circle with our father to the very end. She said she loved us all while I held her hands. Yes she will be truly missed tenfold. Love you so much Madrecita!!🥰🥰🥰💕💕🌺🙏🏼🙏🏼 Can’t wait to see you again!

You shared so much kind words and advice to me when I did speak with you. It  made me happy to see you keeping busy, traveling with your daughters. What I love most is all the memories we will have to share that remain dear to our hearts. Until I see you again.
