Lyle B. Lindsay

Lyle B. Lindsay, age 70, was called home by Jesus on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at his residence in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born on November 19, 1948 to Lyle Vernon and Frances Lorene (Leonard) Lindsay in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On December 9, 2000 he married Linda Michaela McPheron in Mesa, Arizona. Lyle was retired and enjoying life. He was a member of Paradise Valley Silver Trowel Masonic Lodge #29. He enjoyed the outdoors, particularly hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking. What brought him the most joy was spending time with his grandchildren and his great grandchildren. Lyle is survived by his loving spouse of nearly 19 years, Michaela; his son, Greg (Michelle) Lindsay; two step-children, Dale (Kelli) Moss and Misty Lafferty; two twin sisters, Sherry (Rick) Archer and Shirley (Gary) Emmons; a grandson, Everett Lyle Lindsay; three step-granchildren, Kacie (Ryan) Patterson, Hunter (Cheyenne) Moss, and Raven (Chris) Flowers; five great grandchildren, Rhylan, Kolten, and Levi Patterson, Owyn Moss, and Brantley Flowers; and many other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Lyle Vernon Lindsay. Celebration of Life Services will be held from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 1, 2019, in the Multi-Purpose Room at Redemption Church Tempe, 2150 E. Southern Avenue, Tempe, Arizona 85282, with Executive Pastor Greg Lindsay (Lyle's son), officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Lyle’s honor may be made to the A New Leaf, 868 E.
