Keith was born February 5, 1944 in Leicester, England, to Joseph and Iris May Parker Bailey. Keith immigrated to the United States with his parents and younger sister Sandra, in 1950. The family settled in Ogden, Utah. Keith attended Ogden City Schools and graduated from Ogden High School. He earned an Associate of Science Degree from Weber State College in 1967 and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah in 1969. He eventually earned an MBA from Arizona State University.
Keith married Anne Marie Hardy in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple on June 17, 1966. They had been married for more than fifty-two years at the time of his passing. Keith owned and operated an electrical contracting company, Pacific Coast Store Services, for more than twenty-five years in Phoenix. His hobby was his business. He did enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, especially California Angels baseball games, and spending time with his family.
Keith is survived by Anne, his wife, and their six children, Keith (Dayna), Michael (Kimberly), Nancy Brown (Christopher), Robert (Emma), Christian (Julie), and Aaron. He is also survived by twelve beloved grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 24, 6:00-7:30 p.m. at the Scottsdale North Stake LDS chapel at 6840 E. Gold Dust Avenue, Scottsdale 85253.
The funeral will be Wednesday, July 25, at 11:00 a.m. preceded by visitation at the same location as stated above, from 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Graveside service will follow at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 West Beardsley Rd., Phoenix. AZ 85027.
